It builds an integrated intelligent management system featuring visualization, controllable operation, early warning, intelligent scheduling and full traceability. The system effectively addresses the pain points of traditional ship lock management such as extensive scheduling, passive equipment maintenance, delayed risk identification and insufficient water regime awareness, and supports the safe, efficient, green and intelligent development of inland waterway transportation.
Equipped with six core functional modules, the system covers the full business scope of ship lock operation. The System Overview module integrates multi-source data of equipment, navigation, hydrology and safety, and realizes full-domain situation monitoring on one single 3D visual screen, supporting overall planning and efficient decision-making. The Lock Chamber Monitoring module conducts refined real-time monitoring of key equipment, opening and closing procedures and on-site operating conditions to ensure stable and standardized operation of ship locks.
The Equipment Management module builds a full-life-cycle operation and maintenance closed loop, realizing digitalized whole-process management of equipment files, real-time monitoring, maintenance arrangement and fault tracing, which effectively reduces equipment failure rates and operation and maintenance costs. The Safety Early Warning module intelligently identifies and hierarchically warns of various risks such as navigation conflicts, equipment abnormalities and irregular operations, enabling proactive risk prevention and consolidating the safety guarantee of ship lock operation.
Leveraging intelligent algorithms, the Navigation Scheduling module optimizes ship arrangement and navigation sequence, automatically generates optimal scheduling schemes, significantly improves ship lock passing efficiency and reduces vessel waiting time. The Hydrological Monitoring module collects real-time data on water level and flow velocity, dynamically tracks water regime changes, and provides accurate data support for safe operation and intelligent scheduling of ship locks.
