Recently, our company was entrusted by the Fifth Company of China Communications Second Navigation Engineering Bureau to complete the 3D animation production and delivery of the construction plan for the Huanggang Bahe River Special Bridge on S409 Provincial Road.
The Bahe River Special Bridge is a key transportation project in Huanggang. It adopts the "demolishing old and constructing new" mode and involves multiple complex procedures such as a single-tower mixed-ribbed cable-stayed main bridge, deep-water cofferdams, demolition of the old bridge, and erection of the bridge beams. The water-crossing construction and cross-line renovation are particularly challenging. Traditional drawings are unable to fully display the overall construction logic. This 3D animation fully reconstructs the entire project's construction process, dynamically demonstrating the key techniques such as the demolition of the old bridge, the lock-off steel pipe sheet cofferdam, the pile foundation of the main piers, the pouring of the main beam of the cable-stayed bridge, and the overall widening of the line. It clearly presents the sequence of the processes, the layout of the equipment, and the key points of safety control.
