8D Space made composite beam construction animation for CCCC Second Harbor Eng
Recently, 8D Space successfully produced the composite beam construction process animation for the 5th Engineering Branch of CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.
As a key infrastructure project of the "Belt and Road Initiative" in North Africa, the Algerian Railway Project adopts European standards for its entire design. Composite beam construction involves difficulties such as steel-concrete composite structures and multi-process coordination. Using 3D modeling and simulation technology, the project team transformed traditional 2D drawings into visual "construction guidelines", intuitively demonstrating core links like steel bar positioning, concrete pouring sequence, and prestress tensioning, effectively reducing the risk of on-site operation errors.
Through 3D dynamic simulation, the animation accurately presents the full-process construction technology of composite beams, from component prefabrication, transportation, hoisting to assembly and post-pouring forming. It provides efficient and intuitive visual support for CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. in technical disclosure, scheme demonstration and project reporting for large-scale infrastructure projects.
